The following applies to all headshot and branding sessions carried out, they do not affect any statutory rights you have.
All persons having photographs taken must be aged 18 years or older. Under 18’s will need a responsible adult present for the entire duration of the session.
The Agreement
The client confirms that they have requested their photograph be taken by the photographer.
A model release will need to be signed by all persons before the photos can be taken.
The Booking
For Half and Full day sessions, a £100 reservation fee is requested to secure the booking session.
For all other packages, a £20 reservation fee is required to secure the booking session,
Your session is not reserved until the reservation fee is paid.
If you need to reschedule your appointment please contact me as soon as possible, if you give less than 7 days notice of needing to rearrange or cancel your appointment the reservation fee will be forfeited.
After the session
The photographer will edit your images and provide a link to an online gallery where you can make your final selection of images, you can select as many images as you want and if you select more than is included in your package I will confirm any additional cost.
The final images will be supplied once fully cleared payment is received.
The supplied images
The final images will be supplied in JPEG format, sRGB colour space, 3000 pixels on the longest edge in a 3:2 (or 2:3) ratio. This is typically sized to allow printing up to approx 10 inches on the longest side.
A smaller web-optimised image will be supplied, as above but 1000 pixels long on the longest edge.
Images can be supplied in either colour or black & white versions.
If you require the images in a specific format (i.e. a 1:1 or 4:5 ratio, larger or smaller) please let me know before booking as it may incur an additional cost
Digital images are supplied via a Dropbox link, if you require another service please let me know when booking. The Dropbox link will remain active for one-month from the delivery date to allow you plenty of time to download and backup your photos.
Copyright
Copyright for all images remains with the photographer, The Photographer may use the images for any media for any purpose (except pornographic or defamatory) which may include, among others, advertising, promotion and marketing. The client agrees that the Content may be combined with other images, text, graphics, film, audio, audio-visual works; and may be cropped, altered or modified.
The Photographer grants the client a perpetual, non-transferrable, non-assignable license for use of the images for promotion, marketing and activities connected to their profession (except pornographic or defamatory). This includes the use of the images by management agencies and employers connected to the client for the purposes of promotion and marketing of the model.Pl
